Please help my skin

I already have one but it's not fucking working and i have these weird bumps on my chin, jaw and temples.
The skin care routine is
Day: foaming cleanser cerave, hyaluronic acid the ordinary, moisturizer with SPF 50 cerave
Night: squalene cleanser the ordinary, foaming cleanser cerave, hyaluronic acid the ordinary, moisturizer CeraVe.
I use salicylic acid every 3 days
(I have mixed skin)
I'm using this for a month and is just getting worse
Should I change something or just wait?
What are those bumps?

Seeing a dermatologist is the best decision in my opnion because you have acne, but it could also be caused by an allergic reaction or something similar.

I don't think it's an allergic reaction it doesn't hurt. I think is either closed comedones or ingrown hair

Drop all of these mainline skin care products. They are intentionally destroying your skin barrier, which is likely the main cause of the acne

Get tretinoin, tazarotene, azaleic acid, and maybe isotretinoin + you only need a hot towel to wash your face in the morning (and night), sleeping heals your skin barrier.
