Things like sleeping on your good side wont help that much when it comes to asymmetry.View attachment 5513006View attachment 5513007 bro my damn left eye has been lower and more closed like my whole life, and i know that ear is messed up too. i can’t do any hardmaxing yet so any way i could attempt to fix it now? like should i sleep on my good side or nah(also rate me if you could)
thanks dude, appreciate itThings like sleeping on your good side wont help that much when it comes to asymmetry.
And im pretty sorry but the ONLY way you could fix your asymmetry is by doing Hardmaxxing.
The reason why is because a whole side of your maxilla is narrower and lower set than the other.
These causes things like your eyes (orbits) be noticeably asymmetrical, this is why you can clearly see it on yourself.
What surgery/procedure should i get?
Try getting a CBCT scan and after that you should get orthodontics.
What kind of orthodontics?
Palate expander (MSE, MARPE, FME, etc.) or an osteotomy.
Resume:
-There isnt an actual "softmax" or natural method to fix this specific asymmetry
-The real option (and only) is Hardmax, you can do your own research to prove what im saying.
If this helped you, i would really apretiate that you mark this as a solution.
Have a good night bro!![]()
