I need a little help with fixing my failos:

• Pimples and black spots around my face
• Thin eyebrows
• Thin neck
• Very Slight NCT
• Very Slight Upper Eyelid Exposure
• Small mouth
• Recessed Chin (Not that much)
• Feminine Browridge

Those are my failos, anyway to fix them? Mind you I am 13.
