So heres whats happening.
I go to sleep like normal but then suddenly just 2-3 hours after sleeping I get woken up by a panic attack or for no reason at all, this has been happening since the last month and I have been getting 3 hours of sleep daily, its affecting my physical health as well as mental health cuz I cant fucking think properly with no sleep and neither can I function properly.
You might have seen @Gengar’s Ghost highlight how im up at unusual times and almost active 24/7, well its summer break, I only sleep for 3 hours and because of that I cant hang out with friends and I have to cancel all plans.
I have tried
1. Medication and consultation - didnt work, only helped with reducing the panic attacks, I still wake up after 3 hours or so
2. Not sleeping for 2-3 days - most people give me this solution since people think it would make me tired and make me sleep more, didnt work, just made me more tired and still couldnt sleep.
3. Sleeping with the lights on, and sleeping in the day - I tried to switch my sleep schedule to sleep in the day but that didnt work too, even if I slept at 4 pm, I was fully awake at 7.
TLDR: I CANT SLEEP AND IM LOOKING FOR HELP
