So heres whats happening.

I go to sleep like normal but then suddenly just 2-3 hours after sleeping I get woken up by a panic attack or for no reason at all, this has been happening since the last month and I have been getting 3 hours of sleep daily, its affecting my physical health as well as mental health cuz I cant fucking think properly with no sleep and neither can I function properly.

You might have seen @Gengar’s Ghost highlight how im up at unusual times and almost active 24/7, well its summer break, I only sleep for 3 hours and because of that I cant hang out with friends and I have to cancel all plans.

I have tried

1. Medication and consultation - didnt work, only helped with reducing the panic attacks, I still wake up after 3 hours or so
2. Not sleeping for 2-3 days - most people give me this solution since people think it would make me tired and make me sleep more, didnt work, just made me more tired and still couldnt sleep.
3. Sleeping with the lights on, and sleeping in the day - I tried to switch my sleep schedule to sleep in the day but that didnt work too, even if I slept at 4 pm, I was fully awake at 7.

I had this problem till i slept with warmer shi and did something that would make me tired (working out or a job)

Tried both, my case is unique because it involves 2 things at once, I got the medication for panic attacks, will look forward to medicines but I already tried the basic ones, will move to more extreme ones if necessary.

Its like either a really bad scare, like my dead grandma coming in my dream and she turns into a ghost and shit (happened) or I just get woken up with my heart beating like a pump and scared for no reason

Yeah it already is, I no longer accept offers from colleges regarding the stuff I do because I have no energy.

Im not going to a football tournament in europe because of this too, cant sleep so its all going down

I once went 24 hours without any electronic device, was cycling in nature, didnt help. As I said, its a pretty rare case

Tried both, my case is unique because it involves 2 things at once, I got the medication for panic attacks, will look forward to medicines but I already tried the basic ones, will move to more extreme ones if necessary.

Drink 2liters of raw milk mixed with honey in the evening it will make you sleepy, if it didnt, mix some raw eggs too
