ur fine im 6’1, my dad is 5’8 mom 5’2 and im only couple years older than u, at 14 i was around the same height or a little shorter (5’6-7ish)

just sleep a lot, fix your circadian rhythm, high calcium intake and play sports, naturally this can bring u quite far
