increased to daily for 15 days.
After that I realized my skin barrier was damaged, so I reduced it to 2–3x a week for about 2 months instead of stopping completely.
Then I stopped all retinoids for 7 days and used Tazarotene once. It’s now been 22 days and my skin feels normal again.
I have a few questions:
What’s the best way to restart a retinoid after irritation/barrier damage?
Can I combine dermastamping with a retinoid? I should first derma stamp or first retinoid
How do I avoid getting dull/pale-looking skin while using retinoids?
Is glass skin is achievable or it is just frauding
