Need help

one side of my face is puffier than the other, I tried draining fluid from one side that did not work. I think one of my masseters are genuinely bigger than the other. I also slept on the slimmer side of my face.

On top of all that when i take a side pic from the slimmer side im MORE recessed on the other hand when i take a side pic with the larger side of my face im more non recessed
