help me improve my eyebrows

a few years back I put putty on my face and yanked it off, thus causing my eyebrows to be nearly bald, they've grown back over the years but they're not how I desire them to be, could any of you give me some tips on how to further improve my eyebrows and make them look fuller?

I'm gonna be starting minoxidil soon too cus it's probably our best bet. You can probably find some generic minoxidil 5% at your local pharmacy
