Yes that is quite the narrow skull you have there. Why do you want a wide face so badly? I have wide face it's not super great. I guess it does look better with good feature placement and proportions

There's no way to make a face wider. Having a wide skull and a broad maxilla is entirely genetic, there are no surgeries that can give you a wider skull. And it doesn't look sexy it looks retarded if you don't have striking features
