Please help me with what I can do naturally I started training neck and am growing hair and eyebrows and everything but what works and what can I do I want help with anything but some help is mixed between people saying it’s cope and people showing their big transformations for example like eye training and shit would be amazing if it worked but idk I need help

Hey Ik this is old but I need help with lower jaw palate expander is like upper I just thought maxilla could like bring everything up a little do you know anything not surgery but like maybe similar to expander for lower jaw??

no idea about lower jaw I havent heard of mse for lower jaw. idk if thats even possible, if u wanna get wider bigonial width get implants or grow your masseters ur probably js confused tho no idea why would you want expension of ur lower jaw i dont think that'd even ascend u

I think I’m gonna try to get this thing I forgot name but it keeps lower jaw like jutted out kinda and moves it forward over time
