Did a visit with a blue pilled maxillosurgeon ( doesn’t work for aesthetics).
He said that my maxilla is not recessed ( it is in reality; my mid face is very flat but it’s not in the “deformities” spectrum).

Think to have good potential for an ascension but need modified lefort 3 and possibly some jaw surgery after.

Spoke with Ramieri aleready and due covid I can’t fuckking reach him and he doesn’t do online consultations.

Help me finding more surgeons please, need possibilities

I don’t think you really understand the magnitude of a LeFort III operation. It is not simple and clean like it appears in an illustration or diagram. It is a procedure that has a lot of aesthetic trade-offs from the scalp scar down to the bony irregularities across the the nose to the cheeks. It is far from being an aesthetic operation. Because of the scope of the surgery and the numerous other issues that it causes, it is reversed for those patients in whom the magnitude of the problem makes even these aesthetic trade-offs worthwhile. (in other words they have significant functional issues) This is far from the case of a purely aesthetic patient who seeks to just have their eye appearance improved.

I should have quoted the Modified Lefort 3 instead of just L3.
It's quite differrent because it only touches the lower part of the orbital box and the cut can bee performed from the mouth.

Also. Eppley might pushing for implants rather than osteotomies

I know, you should have specified it. from your post, it sounded like you wanted Lefort III, modified is practically a different procedure because it is an abstract concept under which every surgeon can put what he wants

Both, it's just a different cut.
The modified version only touch the lower floor of the orbital box; the normal one could rise to mid orbital box and some even higher
