I’m returning to the gym after 2 months, how hard should I train (like what percentage of my working weight before I quit) and like how long roughly for me to get back to where I was intensity and weight wise.

I’m 16 and trained for 4 months before I had to stop

Do 60% at first and it will take like a week to a few weeks to get back where you were

Just go and test it out
If you can’t get the weight drop it
It’s that simple
