basically im getting to the end of my softmaxes, yes theres still things i can do which i am working on, not gonna get into it here

What surgeries or injectables would ascend me, any help is welcome and appreciated

If you see a specific surgery i could really use, please let me know

sidenote, been thinking about buccal and medial epicanthoplasty as my esr is not at the level i want it

actually already been, had a minor deviation on my bottom front row which i got fixed, no other issues

point out whats bothering u in specific, because honestly my lower third is kinda goated when looking at ratios(no ego dont bite my head off)

but can u take a normal side profile picture? why is ur mouth always open and why is the camera always in weird angles?

only side ive got with frankfort plane since i always somehow fuck it up and my girlfriend somehow captured it while barely standing so i just went with it cuz why not

folds a bit inwards giving it a weird shape

Also very assymetrical, im not well informed on the different subparts of rhino surgery, but play around with a morph and figure out which part is holding u back

I’m just giving u a perspective from a normal person, nose and ur jaw in that one pic are the first two things i immediately saw and definitely didnt like

imo you should work on getting these surgeries from order of most important to least important

1. Clavicle lengthening
2. Genioplasty or chin implant or filler to make the chin maybe about 1cm wider and maybe 5mm more forward
3. Eyebrow grafting to fill in the inner corners, ur brow thickness is good enough but you need more length

big thanks man, my clavicles arent actually narrow tho i starved myself into a twink for the low bf which absolutely killed my shoulders muscle wise, but the starvin marvin phase is over now and im packing on muscle(and obv highest priority is shoulders and chest)

could find an earlier pic this is alrdy mid starve where i had already lost alot of volume, not all that impressive but not narrow either, just need to lock in and try to squueze shoulders in 3x a week if possible

Ok ur clavs are avg but i still recommend clavicle lengthening since u can go from like 50th bidelt to 95th percentle bidelt, its prob the highest roi surgery
