At my last doctor’s visit, I was told I had only grown about an inch (or slightly more) over the past six months. My height is growing very slowly. Idk if I'm really active, but I do go to the gym every day. I walk a few miles daily, eat well, sleep well, stay hydrated, and try to take care of myself overall.
