train the other oneView attachment 5594511I'm sure many of you are hearing about this muscle for the first time, but I recently noticed that I have asymmetry, and it's strong. My left muscle is literally one and a half times larger than my right, which makes my frontal photos look terrible. I'm inclined to believe this asymmetry is due to the fact that my second monitor is on the left, and since I spend 90% of my time at a desk, it's because of that. I'd like to know if anyone has had a similar experience and how to get rid of this horror. For now, I'm thinking of making an appointment with a neurologist.
yesyes,im already doing a neck curls,I hope this helps metrain the other one. do weighted neck curls but twisting to the right. that should fix it, theres a chance it is just you posture so if it isnt fixed after a few months of training look into that
