Help me with my skin

I do not have acne, I rarely get pimples but my biggest skin problem is its uneven texture and tone. Based on all the researches I have done Isotretinoin(oral) is generally stronger than Tretinoin(topical), side effects included. I also read a thread about pairing topical minoxidil (which I am currently using) with Tretinoin to get better results, what do I do?
Do I take ghk cu too?
I also read microneedling is great for collagen boost however I should do more research on that.

Bro tret is much better for collagen production. Accutane is better for lowering sebum and controlling acne. Use derma pen or stamp for microneedling.
