im trying to figure out reta, how long to run it, with what, and what dose to take, there not much out there ive found, this would be the 1st thing ive ever ran, would appreciate the help

start with 1mg u can either go up by 0.5 or 1 when u dont feel effects anymore but im p sure ull be able to run 1mg for atleast 2 weeks or longer depending on how your body reacts
