Guys could you please help me out I attached a picture of me and a picture of what Im asking for, How do looksmaxxers achieve perfect skin Ive been told to drink water, that doesnt work. Eat Healther, for the most part I eat healthy as well. I have been using trenitonin and it HAS gotten better but it popped up again I just want good skin, for the most part its not even the red circles its the colorless bumps on my face as i hope you could see on my face its literally pissing me off and it literally downgrades my entire face

used to be horrible but now consists of breakfast- cereal - lunch - just chicken - fruits as snack and thats it, also I like to eat these protein bars occasionally its not the best of course but compared to my diet before its better
