Help my skin

I need help with my skin, it’s good for a week then the next I’ll break out and have red spots all over and the cycle continues. I’m not sure what actually works and no accutane my skin ain’t that bad.

Accutane is too strong so I would prefer a simple spf, moisturiser from la roche posay and tret 0.025 from skinorac and micellar water if possible.
