how to reduce hooded eyes?, i have too much. I heard in this thread https://looksmax.org/threads/nosemaxxing-thread.706410/ , that lipo agent = reduce fat/skin thickness . I also heard latisse can do it, is there other non surgery options too ? if i get rid of it can finally be 8 psl.
