Help needed about lower third

I have a short face and when I get CCW rotation of the maxilla it becomes even shorter so my plan is to get CCW — because I cannot live without it — and then bring my maxilla very forwards so my mandible compensates for it (maybe). I said maybe because I need to know how the mandible follows the maxilla when you bring it only forwards..not rotating it. Green is before, will the result be yellow or red?:
This is theoretical, say I’m a young kid.
