I just got estriol , but i dont know how to use it. I also bought tret 0.025% , what should be my PM Routine?

if u have never used tret use it like every other day and make sure ur skin is dry first. Also make sure u got lip balm cos ur lips gonna be crusty ash, use estriol after, would also maybe recommend some azelaic acid?
