help needed! - going to the next level

i want to push my looks and overall aesthetic appearances to the next level. currently i am only taking cjc 1295 no dac + ipa, about 8 units daily, and semax. i’m currently 5’10 and 17.

honestly my diet is pretty shitty sometimes- probably around 60-70% clean and 40-30% dirty. i know i need to prioritize debloating and getting more potassium/water in. however, this isn’t enough.

my biggest insecurity’s right now are my lips which are a tad asymmetrical (which is due to a jaw slant i think) and my forward growth / chin projection.

how do i take this to the next level? thank you.

jaw implants lower third is small good potential, can’t see your side too well and that’s not a full side, lips are fine they fit you well. You look good already just your lower thirds is holding you back.

yeah i’ve gotten that a lot, my lower third just isn’t it. anything i can do right now about it or is implants / procedures the only way forward. thanks

Honestly the only thing you could do is just blast hgh but you run the risk of acromegaly
