Please give me any advice on what I should do. I am looking into marpe and other procedures like that. I know for a fact I can barely breath out of my nose. My ance is bad but I am currently using cabtreo to help fix that.

Oral minoxidil to grow brows and lashes, accutane for skin, black eyebrow and eyelash dye for coloring dye your hair as well, MARPE could maybe help but not a lot.
