Please give me any advice on what I should do. I am looking into marpe and other procedures like that. I know for a fact I can barely breath out of my nose. My ance is bad but I am currently using cabtreo to help fix that.

Ive never had any teeth extracted or braces, but I know my pallet is undersized. would it be worth trying to chew hard gum to try and build muscle to make my face wider, or is that cope?
