Help needed

I’m 16yo , Male and 5”10. Pretty sure my growth palates are closed but I’m ok with my height , as you can see from my pictures, my main flaws are chin width and length, jaw width , philtrum length and a narrow mouth. Does anyone have any serious tips ?
