Help on acne/tretinoin good idea

How to clear up acne and have clear and tan face. I use a cleanser and moisturizer twice a day nothing else but thinking of hopping on tretinoin .My acne isn’t really that bad it’s not to many pimples just more blackhead and little bumps. Any suggestions

Tretinoin is good but accutane is better
It'll also prevent breakouts
