Help on aesthetic gym maxxing

I’m trying to find out the best workout routine purely for aesthetics (v-taper, wtv)

Only thing is I dnt got access to a gym n all im rlly with is dumbbells and barbells, I guess I have like a DIY bench so id say a bench as well.

Im rlly tryna get a great aesthetic workout routine based with js dumbbells barbells and bench, as welll as the amount of sets and reps per exercise

LEMME KNOW IF ANYONE GOT SMTHN

spam obliques, dont focus that much on back and shoulders

Focus on abductors, obliques, and hamstrings

with no equipment just focus on pushups dips and pullups

especailly pullups for that V

think this will be your best ROI

Just lift and the vtaper will come on its own tbh. You need wide shoulders, and a wide back for vtaper nothing else really. But you should train everything lol
