Okay guys so I've had my hair transplant done these days, yet all the info I see on the net is : avoid sun at all costs for 12 months ? doctors did not tell me this and it is insane.

I have to wear a cap no matter where I go.

Problem is, the cap still gets some sunlight UV inside (in my opinion)

How could I make the cap unpenetrable by sunlight ? what material could I attach to the inside of the cap so that the sun will not penetrate to reach my hair ?

(sunblock excluded, I don't wanna mess with substances)

Pretty sure that’s false because I’ve seen soccer players get their transplant and they’re back on the pitch playing just fine.

What do u mean inside?
A window glas can block uv b rays up tp 99%, thats why you never get a tan behind windows.
So a hat will block it guaranteed

Are you sure about that ? a window glass can block uv b rays ? what about the other uv rays ? I mean, cap is cloth, textil, and obv has many many small holes where the sun enters through it, so how could it be blocking ?
