help regarding weight loss

so i’ve been in the gym, i definitely put on muscle and have a decent frame, im trying to cut.
1. will cutting make me lose size? im insecure abt looking too small even when shredded
2. best food for cutting (high protein low cals, don’t wanna starve myself and lose muscle, just want abs to be visible and muscles to look good asf)
 
Egg whites are op for getting in protein and staying low cal. If you don’t wanna be a skinny cunt but still be shredded then eat 500 less calories than your maintenance and do 30 mins of incline treadmill everyday aswell as just walking in your neighborhood if you have a dog even better.
