Help should I get Bimax or just Le fort 1?

-I really wanna know if I should just get Le fort 1 with ccw rotation for my recessed maxilla or with ccw rotation to fix the double chin aswell.

you can with bimax but its really not worth it unless ur recessed and have nasolabial folds/lack of hollow cheeks which you dont have any of the above
