First of all, my friend, your upper jaw isn't fully developed yet. You need Lefort 1. When you decide to have this surgery with a surgeon, they will explain the requirements so you can plan the process together and take the necessary steps. Don't stress too much about it.

Also, your chin looks strange. (Side profile)

Your orthodontist won't be interested in Lefort 1; he'll only address bite issues that arise after Lefort 1. So, there's no way you can convince him. He can only recommend surgeons he works with.

why would you get ccw? your mandible isn't downgrown at all, it would only look worse. realistically with lf1 your lf2/3 region would still be recessed (including orbitals), so it would look chimpmaxxed even if someone agreed to operate on you.

I mean he is not fixing it with only leforte 1. He will get leforte 1 and bsso and will have an extreme upturned and then nees to project the radix woth a complex rhino. And his eyes will the look backwards so he need infra implant. Its one hella process.

Well infras are targeted with le fort 2 and 3 (3 fully covers it and 2 is only the inner rim) which you won't be able to get any of them becauee you are not as severe as it takes for them so i would say get le fort 1 and go with implants for the rest of your face. Could be something like a le fort 1 bsso and implants.

Had I come across those same photos & video on a different website unrelated to looksmaxxing, my initial genuine reaction would have been "this guy looks a bit funny, yet good and confident, he must be a slayer".
You remind me of a friend's father who was a boxing instructor. He got his nose punched in, and the bridge was demolished ; I guess he didn't care about grafting the bridge, or couldn't do it at the time ; anyway, he still looked good and masculine, with a pretty wife and CL sons.

Seriously, based on the video in the original post, I would rank you in the chadlite category ; what you lack in certain features is negated by your general appeal. Most surgeries will have diminishing returns on a face like yours. If you can breathe well and chew well, forget about surgeries. But if you really insist : fixing the canthal tilt might be worth a try. I don't even think rhino is necessary (assuming you can already breathe well), because your nose looks good enough from the front and doesn't wreck overall harmony. Front profile and 3/4 matter much more in daily life than side profile.

In your case, my main concern — besides the inherent risk of getting botched — is how altering the midface might impact overall harmony. Right now, in your current condition, I think each part of your face matches the others (once again, I refer anyone reading this to the video in the first post) ; facial harmony is high, and it obviously contributes to your general appeal. My question is : you could objectively improve the midface, sure, yet would it necessarily improve overall harmony ? For instance, your current nose works well with your current chin ; the former makes the latter look masculine and well projected. But if you project the upper maxilla forward and, as a consequence, your nose ends up being projected further forward (imagine a result similar to lurking truecel's morph, a few messages above), won't your chin lose some of its current masculine quality ? Would it require to also bring the chin forward (genioplasty) to restore your initial strong look ? You see where I'm going with this. You have to be wary of a myopic approach due to being hyperfixated on only one part of your face. An isolated flaw can somehow work well in a face taken as a whole. And when something works, you're generally better off not trying to fix it.

I don't see myself worth of the validation

I don't know what kind of environment you've grown up in, what kind of parents you have, or whatever life experiences have gotten you to this point, but working on your insecurity and low self-esteem is very much likely to be more beneficial to you than correcting your maxilla. I hate to sound like the combination of a blue-pilled mom and an armchair psychologist, but it's just the truth. I don't really believe the solution lies in talking things out (you're not a woman) ; better self-esteem will mostly originate from constant actions that take you out of your own head, getting rid of useless rumination and overly harsh self-examination.
