Help this bloated gymcel ascend

I need help. My friends literally make fun of me when I take my glasses off. I think there's room for improvement. I'm going to go to a salon to fix my hair texture and everything. I started Accutane 3 months ago. My acne was way worse. I'm getting Botox in both my masseters to slim my face. I'm getting more Botox on the right side to see if it helps the asymmetry (that I think is mostly caused by the muscle imbalance between my masseters), and, of course, a rhino for my nose, which I think is my main flaw, and Aqualyx for my face because even when I'm lean, I have this puffy, undefined face (there's also a physique photo).

Also, I'll be getting MARPE and then braces for my 6-tooth smile. My maxilla is too narrow, and it may be causing the bloating because it doesn't allow the proper flushing of liquids through the lymphatic system, or so I have heard. It doesn't matter how low my BF% is; I still have this round, bloated face. If the Aqualyx or another lipolytic compound doesn't work, I will get a surgical buccal fat removal because it's starting to piss me off.

If you have any other suggestions, please let me know. I'm 183 cm and 80 kg, by the way. I will be starting a bulk because I need to grow my frame, especially my arms. Then I will use reta to cut. I will be using oral minoxidil for my misc. I already ordered it from a local lab in my town. If you have any suggestions about any other procedures, tell me. And what do you think?

bro you gotta get buccal fat removal or stop eating/doing whatever is causing ur face to inflame, maybe your allergic to something? more then likely dont need masseter botox cuz its just your cheeks that are giving you the moonface.

Yeah if the injections dont work im getting it 100%. Its so annoying, the cheeks erase any possible definition that I could have, I cant see my features if I have them. I have a ton of allergies and I have to take pills (antihistamines) to be able to breathe properly, because of the allergies and my deviated septum. I eat clean, as you can see im fairly lean. But I will try not eating any gluten to see if it decreases the bloating, but im sure its cope. More than actual face fat I think that the moonface seems watery and inflamed. I also will see if its for the improper function of lymphatic drainage, I saw a video that the marpe helps with that.
