Help with anxiety, anger & stress - no sedation

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for something to solve a few issues I'm dealing with.


Here's what I'm struggling with:
  • General anxiety & nervousness : I tend to panic over small things, overthink "what if" scenarios, and struggle to stay calm and composed. The "crying over spilled milk" expression describes me perfectly.
  • Irritability & anger : My temper flares up easily, even over minor things. I know this is partly situational (home environment), but it happens in plenty of other contexts too.
  • Situational stress : Social interactions (e.g. talking to girls and stop acting like an autistic man, bruh), ruminating over 15-second moments from a conversation on loop, pre-exam anxiety, etc.

Requirements:
  • No sedation or daytime fatigue - this is a hard requirement. I've tried ashwagandha, it calms me slightly but makes me tired, so I moved it to evenings. Didn't notice much effect on the core issues anyway.
  • Needs to work daily/consistently, not just acutely on-demand.
  • I'm a college student studying math, so ideally the product wouldn't fog my head or dumb me down - that's a dealbreaker. Bonus points if it actually boosts cognition and productivity on top of that.
Any suggestions appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

as someone who has resolved excessive OCD and DPDR (after a long fucking time almost 6 whole years) I'd say best thing for stress is to wake up early and head out to like buy a water bottle drink it, and return home keeps me relaxed all day. Last one I'd say you'll grow over it, I had the worst situational stress in 10th Grade and no one gives a fuck I outgrew it, best thing is to know who you are and you'll carry yourself with the ego you form from it

PE-22-28, pretty affordable and not only helps cognitive function but reduces anxiety as well.
