help with coloring

Hi! I have a allergy for dyes, bleach and henna - so I can't color my hair.

I'm very pale, have clear skin, blue eyes and my hair color is I think dark blonde but it looks like medium/ash brown. The color is not quite dark or light.

Is self tan and maybe additional beta carotene stuff the way to go to improve coloring? Can someone help me with logical solution to this?
