Reta and forgetView attachment 5282422this is my current physique, no posing, no lightning i don’t know what to do now, i used to be fat as fuck (about 30% bf) (still a little fat) so i knew i could just lose fat and build muscle at the same time no problem, but i feel like i still look like shit, don’t think i’m fat enough to use trizepatide because i will either not build muscle at all or lose some muscle, i don’t know if using test is really worth it when i’ve only been training for 8 months, plus i don’t want all the side effects although it would be supervised by a doctor supposing i did all of it correctly and a correct pct i would still lose about 50% of the gains on cicle so i don’t really know what to do now. Plus i don’t know if peps work a lot to build muscle other than gh but im not taking gh just for it to show results in 6 months

but to answer your post you just gotta lose weight. you're not going to be putting on muscle while losing fat as an inexperienced natty in ur position, so if you're staying the same weight, you're most likely just doing nothing
