how tf do you lengthen ur compact midface??? i have a 0.5 midface ratio its so fucking bad.

You're in a good position compared to those in the opposite situation if I were you I would either
  1. Get a midface downgraft
  2. If you can't get surgery look at everything people claim will overtime lengthen your midface negatively and do it
  3. Don't expect magic without surgery its literally your skull
