At 100mg of test you probably don't need AI, AIs are more for like blast doses of 500, this being said I don't really see a reason to inject only 100mg of test if you're trying to use it for muscle gain you should up it to at least 300mg a week, even at this dose you might not need AIs depending on your body fat percentage, however, if you do up the dose you might need some ancillaries to mitigate some of the side effects of exogenous testosterone, but that is a whole other discussion.

If you REALLY want to know whether you need AIs or not, inject 100mg for 4-6 weeks and then get your estradiol (E2) checked in bloodwork.

Also, injecting 100mg of test will suppress your natural test production, meaning you will be injecting what you're not getting naturally, making it literally retarded to do such a low dose of testosterone.
