I’m 15 now. i’m around 164-167cm tall not sure tbh but one year ago exactly i was 157 cm maybe even less and 157cm was morning height.

I’m looking to maybe run a stack/cycle for bone mass, height. im done trying to research shit myself because if i was a normal person then it’d be easy but i have to many stuff that makes me doubt.

my dad is 181cm my mom 160cm. my dad is a late bloomer, he hit a growth spurt at 19 and he was on test at 19.

i’ve always been the shortest in my class my whole life, the average kid in my class would be minimum 13cm+ taller than me

from my post and from what i’ve told you im in kind of a growth spurt right now.

i was thinking maybe running 2.5cm erda ed for height? idk but im going to measure my height correctly soon so ik if i grew around 10cm since last year, i maybe measured myself at 157cm at morning last year because i have pictures of me last year and you can tell i was maybe slightly shorter than 157cm.

So please help me and i could appreciate your help
 
you had your spurt a year ago so your plates are still open. Start with low dose ai for now and do your research b4 doign anything else

last year summer i grew like 4 cm over the 2 months because i slept a lot, i slept late like 3-5 am but id wake up 12-2pm. this summer i want to sleep early some days and maybe some days late but max 3 am.

ill fix this avoiding naps, i always nap after school because i sleep 2-3 hours. im thinking about taking 10-20mg mk677 ed or like 4 days on 3 days off i haven’t really researched, i want to do this for the deep sleep effect.

ill be probably pairing mk677 + glycine + magnesium glycinate

Sleepings essential for growth but its not like sleeping automatically induces endochondral osteogenesis, dont expect 2 inches from it this month bro.
Supplements help too but same, dont expect anything

right, but it did help a ton and a grew like 4 cm over summer. if i showed you a face of me last year and me rn you’d probably thing there’d be at least a 6 year difference from each photo.

Yeah but that was a genetically timed spurt, sleeping was mostly a side product of that (it did help but it wasnt the growth releaser)
