I eat mostly meat with homemade whitebread, dairy (milk/eggs) and fruits sometimes. I supplement protein, creatine, magnesium, zinc, calcium, copper, shilajit, omega 3 and l-arginine, ill also start taking selenium and microdosing melatonin soon. What can I improve about my diet? Regarding sleep I always get at least 8 hours, but most of the time 9 hours and sometimes 10. I also get at least 15 mins sunlight everyday and sometimes when I go out with my friends 2-3+ hours of sunlight.
