Help with diet for heightmaxxing

I eat mostly meat with homemade whitebread, dairy (milk/eggs) and fruits sometimes. I supplement protein, creatine, magnesium, zinc, calcium, copper, shilajit, omega 3 and l-arginine, ill also start taking selenium and microdosing melatonin soon. What can I improve about my diet? Regarding sleep I always get at least 8 hours, but most of the time 9 hours and sometimes 10. I also get at least 15 mins sunlight everyday and sometimes when I go out with my friends 2-3+ hours of sunlight.

The only thing I’d suggest is adding more vegetable variety;)
 
don't eat bread bruh
i cant eat meat with just nothing, and white bread is good for igf-1, considering that im skinny my insulin resistance is lower therefore i am more prone to igf-1 spikes from high sugar food

white bread gotta be bottom 10 foods cannot believe i ate that shit everyday thinking i was on a good diet
