Ive got an 18 inch bidelt, early 20s and 5’11, dont go gym, am skinny af rn weight 65kgs how much do you think I could squeeze out of my frame from a few years of natty gymcelling? is it an okay measurement to have as base? waist is 27.5 circumference.

assuming ur bidelt is unflexed when measured u could prolly add like 2-3 inches to it total, also not to be rude and shit but ur bidelt doesnt look like its 18 in since ur 5'11

I got on the ground and measured it, I layed down with good posture next to a wall and mesured the distance assuming im not wrong that the bidelt mesurement is shoulder yo shoulder width and not clavicle here is another photo

My fucking head is too big though makes my frame look smaller

Even at 22? im 22 rn I dunno if its worth it puberty was a long time ago was an early bloomer I am going to gymcel hard for the next few years its my plan
