need help w my weekly plan
need generell advice pls
im 14, 168, 50kg
Monday: upper body + abs
Tuesday: rest day
Wensday: swimming training 1h
Thursday: push(chest, shoulder, trizeps)
Friday: pull( bicep and back) + abs
Saturday: swimming 1h
Sunday : rest day
idk if thast good
maybe 2x a week gym idk
i got badass cramps tho
so idk
how can i improve thisi and build muscles nja dgte that swimmer physic
like v tapoer braud shoulder type shit
also should i do creaatine or later idk
i excuse myself for my english its ot my 1st language
