That is way too high. From what I've read 2.5mg inhibits 99% of aromatase enzymes. Some people on any dose of AI also get neurotoxic effects so its not worth it.

That doesn't change the fact that 0.625 mg of letro is very high. And I told you before some people who take any dose of an ai will get the negative effects. There was a thread about someone who didnt do research like you and got heart enlargement from AIs.
