40-50 mins. everyday . Hoping on gear sarms= gear. Whilst being overweight is dumb. As u dont even need muscles to slay anyway. If u face is like HtN…by being rail thin u would still slay.

Would be dropping 5lbs easy a week

Yeah cool bro,but even if u are chubby having a surplus of fat is estrogenic making u less likely to grow as zit inhibits testosterone. But obviously just be healthy
