HELP WITH MY DULL SKIN

Guys idh what is wrong with my skin.
During day after doing my skincare my face becomes dull,mostly after applying sunscreen and also I started using azelaic acid and tret for over a month but that dullness was there before ige been using them . But at night I'm white af whilst during day im dull and look black
Please help what I should do
