Help with my upper day

This is my upper day i do 1 warmup set for half of my working weight 6 reps, then 2x failure every single workout ik its prob to much sets but i honestly dont know how to structure an upper day if any1 could help me thatd be nice when i was making this chart i was aiming for hitting every muscle group bc if u hit every muscle group ur guaranteed growth is what i heard, ( i switched tricep pushdowns for single arm d cuff pushdowns) my chriopractor said i need to start doing spinal retraction excersises so i wanted to add back extensions but by the time im done with my shrugs i feel tired n fatigued even tho im double scooping my feral "stimmed af" pre workout every time
If you have any suggestions on what i should take out let me know i am also progressing every week or every other week.
