is there aesthetic benefit of adding bone mass directly on top of bone like this (on this specific section)? as in can it make eyebags/tear trough less prominent.

also does it have to be projecting up and outwards, or just adding projection to the already existing direction

or do tear troughs only truly go away when height and forward projection is added to infraorbital rim
