so recently ive been eating weird, for the first day i ate around 4500 calories of food, then 2nd i ate around 3000, then 2500 for 2 days, then around 2000, now i want get lean, im in a good spot rn.

im very debloated somehow even tho all of those previous calories were mostly slop foods, my skin quality is pretty good. now im triyng to put everything together to get very lean and debloated. i need help, because it is the weekend. i plan to go full action with debloating and getting as lean as possible, this weekend i plan to be very deficit in calories, and keep a maintained look.

its been a while since i was this goodlooking around 4-5 months ago i had a very huge deascension due to eating ALOTT of chips and bingewatching.

slowly but surely ive been reascending and never going to let that happen again. what do you think i should eat this weekend, and afterwards to maintain it all. (i do cardio practically everyday however im looking to cut it to 1 day because it makes me more hungry. also my body is used to eating a moderate amount of sodium so i want to eat just a little maybe around 800 a day. because i supplement posstasium 99mg a day
